A bit about Joanne West…I live in an underground home with four adorable cats in Gold Canyon Arizona. I chose this location because of the way the light dances off the nearby Superstition Mountains. The desert night sky is perfect for making star trail, moonrise and lightning photos plus I can stand on my dirt roof to capture amazing sunsets. Living here reminds me to acknowledge the beauty and grace that surrounds us everyday. I hope to share this appreciation with everyone who views my photos, illuminating all who cross my path. My images have been published on greeting cards, calendars, magazines, billboards, and in many electronic and print medias. Usage rights may be purchased for my nature and fine art photos. I welcome commissioned work and can be hired to photograph events and personalized portraits of you or your pets.
