Crested Butte Colorado 2010

My summer travel in Colorado was highlighted by a side trip to Crested Butte. The town nestled by mountains has more bicycles than cars. This one had the best parking spot in the shade surrounded by flowers.

If ever I leave Arizona I’d seriously consider this town on the coast of southern Oregon. There is sense of expansiveness and solitude coupled with the magic of the ocean that calls you home.
