Shot from backwindow of taxi in Frankfurt Germany. I saw the angel and driver made u-turn for me to snap this shot…what I didn’t see at the time was the brilliant star of light and the name of the building.

This photograph was made in a swimming pool with an EWA underwater camera bag and film camera. The bike came from a garage sale for $4.00, the friend came from heaven and she’s priceless. The prints have been digitally mastered and are available in sizes up to 20×30. Photo giclee printed onto canvas is available up to 30×40.

The idea for this photo started as a Happy Birthday card for a friend who had moved away from AZ and missed the saguaro cactus… I colored them to look like birthday candles. Since I have also referred to the print as Sonoran Desert Autumn Colors but the tourists fell for that and wanted to know when the cactus changed color….so I decided to call it Celebrate Diversity.
